Shoes may be returned or exchanged for a period of (10) days from the time of receiving your order.
Shoes being returned or exchanged must include original packaging and original shoe box. Shoes must be returned in "NEW" unworn condition, and show no signs of wear, alteration, or abuse.

Shoes are warranteed for a period of (30) days from the time of receiving, against flaws in workmanship or non-operational zippers, buckles, etc.
Heels and soles are considered "standard wear" items, and are not covered under this warrantee.

Special order shoes are considered "all sales final", and are non returnable.

Please email or call us prior to returning or exchanging your purchase to let us know of your desires, and to receive a return authorization code.

Return shipping fees are non refundable.
